Baking sweets is one of my favorite things to do in the kitchen.
150 grams of butter
3 ripe bananas
250 grams of flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
200 grams of brown sugar
2 eggs, keep the egg yolk and egg white separately
100 grams of dark chocolate
If you are using a baking dish, make sure you have a good layer of butter or use cooking spray.
Cut the banana into small pieces. Put them in a bowl and mix it with butter, flour and brown sugar. Add the egg yolks, cinnamon powder + vanille extract and mix until creamy. Beat the egg white until stiff and add to the batter. Add small or large pieces of dark chocolate to the batter and stir well.
Put the batter into the baking dish or small cupcakes. If you use cupcakes it is advisable to put them in a silicone mold so that they remain in good shape while baking. I have bought my colorful cupcakes and silicone mold at Albert Heijn Zeelandia.
Bake the first 30 minutes in 180 degrees, then 30 minutes in 150 degrees.
And voila ..... blissful banana cakes with chocolate!
